The effect of anthropogenic disturbances on soil fungal communities

Most anthropogenic disturbances have been proven as main threats to local biodiversity and ecosystem services due to their significant impact on the biotic and abiotic environmental conditions of natural habitats. Despite the important role of soil communities, especially soil fungal communities, in contributing to ecosystem functioning, our knowledge about the effects of anthropogenic disturbances on soil communities remains limited. This time, I will introduce my PhD studies about the effects of biotic and abiotic disturbances on soil fungal communities.
