Never home alone: A global study of indoor microorganisms and arthropods

As we spend more time in human-built environments, we unknowingly share our space with various microorganisms and small animals. These organisms play significant roles in our lives, and it is ideal to have species that benefit us rather than do us harm.

In the seminar, I will present the most common indoor species based on a global dataset from 1,000 households across nearly 100 countries, highlighting the factors influencing their diversity and community composition.
